Note: most stores in London are closed on Saturdays. Including Boots (like a CVS) and Superdrug. I found one store that was opened, but they can't sell Robetussin on Saturdays or something....
So I'm souped up on pills and lozenges that I am completely unfamiliar with.
I feel really funky.

Oh hon....
Boots rocks on a Saturday!...the only problem is that you need to go before they fucking close....at 5 or 6 usually :P
Try a bit of Olbas oil (eucalyptus) placed in a bowl of steaming water to clear the sinuses....and I highly recommend Soothers Honey lemon brand lozenges, atlhough the blackcurrant ones from Halls (I think) are lovely too...Soothers blackcurrant with honey centre are, however, disgusting so don't buy those...
